Race To: Rise Up Ride Out

EVENT DESCRIPTION

What is it?

This challenge is a fun, family-friendly event, and covid-appropriate event to get Baltimore City residents moving and get their hearts pumping. The format of the event will be a city-wide race where some checkpoints will have fitness and/or brain challenges. Our goal is to get the city of Baltimore moving!

Points will also be assigned for riders with the best times, the most reps, the best attitude, who had the most fun, and other superlatives. At the end of the day, those with the most points win. What do they win? Hopefully prizes donated by locally owned businesses :)

When is this event?

Sunday, June 5, 2022 - 1:00 - 5:00pm.

Where?

The event will start and end at 2720 Sisson Street - the Sisson Street Community Garden.

Why you should get involved?

• Support free summer programming for youth ages 13 - 18 in your neighborhood.
• Bring traffic to your business by being a Community Sponsor and a Checkpoint.
• Encourage covid-safe outdoor activities for all (this is a family-friendly event).
